I haven't been able to launch this game. The launcher doesn't even show up. I immediately get the message saying "There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game". I have both repaired & reinstalled entirely with no luck. I also tried launching the first game directly from binary and as an administrator. I have attached my dxdialog. This is pretty disappointing
This AVX BS again. So awesome.
Cyberpunk 2077 launched with the same problem but eventually patched it. I hope EA/Bioware do the same with ME LE.
Baldur's Gate 3,Witcher 3, AC Valhalla, Warhammer Total War 1 and 2, Totalwar Three Kingdoms, are all games with better graphics which don't require AVX. I don't understand it.
I'll request a refund and watch for news of a patch that fixes this issue.
if this is indeed a AVX problem i'm going to be soooo disapointed, i also had a problem with my CPU trying to play apex but that doesn't hurt as much as this. My only hope is that EA realizes how much players are going to lose if they don't fix this.
