@veloxcorvus  Try repairing the game.  If you play through Origin, clear its cache first:

Then open your Origin game library, right-click on the MELE icon, and Repair.

If you play through Steam, open your Steam library, choose the MELE, click on the gear icon to the right of the title, select Manage > Properties > Local Files, and click the button to verify the integrity of the game files.
