Re: ME:3 & ME:A Multiplayer Join/Invite Friends Not Working in EA app

ME3: I've had a lot of trouble connecting with friends for the last 2 months. Could not join their lobbies even after quitting and rebooting the game multiple times and this was with people whose lobbies I had joined in the past with no issues. And I'm starting to notice that i can't join random lobbies like I used to and I have to deal with an empty lobby if I ever decide to host 'cause people aren't able to find me either. Whenever I do play with other people, the game is extremely likely to disconnect midway through the match.

MEA: The problem seems to be even worse on MEA. Cannot join anyone's lobby meaning I'd have to solo which is not a viable option for a newbie like me or my other option is to give up on the game for good.

Despite being 11 & 6-year-old games, both have a very dedicated and welcoming player base who have stuck around since the beginning and kept the games alive till now. The community would really appreciate it if EA addressed these issues and offered a solution.
