Re: MEA: Can't access online

hi everyone

i am having the same problem as everyone here

I had this same problem last year (btw, happy new year)
I contacted the support by phone, and after a long time we could fix the problem!
so after some time I installed again, with my new HD, and the problem persist....

tried contact support by phone, by email, by chat, and every time they say or to clean the cache (even the HD is new, and is a fresh install), or to check my internet connection

and after spending 1 hour in chat, they checked my game and is normal, it's listed as the standard version in my account, but the problem persist....
so... what now?
phone can't help, chat can't help..... email's was sended, but always the same answers.....

hi there im having exactly the same issues as the rest but every time i try and open a new case it keeps sending me in circles with no help.

You should try to contact someone directly, either per chat, phone or Facebook/Twitter help.

yeah spoke to 2 people today one said that origin does not support that feature so was told to uninstall it and try the new EA app, that did not work. And the 2nd person said she had done something to my account and to uninstall the game and reinstall it, that didn't work either. Don't know what im really missing by not having the online feature apart from is it strike missons? but begining to give up now as i'm spending more of my spare time trying to get the bloomin thing working than playing it.

Is there any chance you have an eye on this thread still? Because I'm still having this issue and have any time I've checked the game out in the last few years. Live chat's tried but no luck.
