I am having the same problem with the particle rifle. I have had EVERY other weapon unlocked since the day the particle rifle was released, and in all this time I haven't unlocked it yet. I realize it is about chance, but give me a break! I play this game A LOT. I have purchased at LEAST 100-200 premium specter packs since the particle rifle was released and it has still never popped for me.
