Still no success with the op packs
If you completed the Operation and didn't get any packs, try this link: http://social.bioware.com/n7hq/account/weekend_challenge_fix/
It should recognize if any packs from past Operations are missing and give you the packs for those that are missing. I had the same problem and got my pack within seconds (It's best you log out of ME3 for that).
Hi, the only difference from the proceedure on the forum for me was:
Could not close Origin unless I used Task manager - so where the forum link has step 4 - I used task Manager to close the programme. Everything else worked as per the link. I have the friends' list back.
