It is simply a problem because the Operation was not the same type of Operation as the past ones from a technical point of view, so it did not update. The fact that it is greyed out for you is completely normal. Personally, I do not even have that Operation on my list, yet I completed it.
It will be fixed in time. I would link you to the BioWare posts explaining this, but from your words, it seems that you have read them already. Let BioWare fix the small glitches in the N7HQ and be patient. If nothing is fixed in a month, contact BioWare again. It should be sorted long before then. 😕mileyvery-happy:
