I outright refuse to download anything to "fix my directx or visual c+ or whatever" when EVERY other game i have on my computer works, and up until last patch, mass effect assdromeda worked perfectly, no lag no crashes, then the UPDATE comes, and the game refuses to work, its NOT my computer, nor my windows thats the problem, its the game, this is the LAST bioware game i buy if they dont fix it....

Have you ever played games like Skyrim? People create their own mods are are often nice enough to share them with everyone at no charge. Some of these mods are much like patches that fix bugs in the game. Do you think that I should not take time out of my day to share on this website my method of fixing the broken patch? I think to not share how to fix this patch with other games is selfish. I understand your point-of-view and I agree that we should not have to fix the game for EA. But some of us did anyway and are kind enough to share how we did it with everyone. Furthermore, when PC gaming, bugs are to be expected. Maybe a console would be less frustrating than PC gaming.
