Well, dog poo......I hate Bex64 errors as they are some of the hardest to figure out.  Most often they are caused by program interference.....such as overlays by Nvidia for instance, or teamviewer as examples.  Next step is going to be a clean boot of the system and ONLY load the absolute minimum amount of programs to run your PC and then load Origin and try MEA.
