Got also a new cd key from the support. I am downloading it right now. DLC Download is working now. Hope the game also works.

I surrender now. With the new cd key i can download the dlcs and the game isn't greyed out anymore in origin but i still get an activation window following with the missing cipher error.
I've downloaded a crack for the game. Now it is playable. Very sad that you need to crack your original game just to play it.
