Ah gotcha! From my understanding, this was only available after watching 6 particular videos through the Andromeda Initiative website, which is no longer active.

If this wasn't previously unlocked during that time, I'm not aware of any current methods to get it on the account, sorry to say.

@EA_Mako Then may I ask why on the archive it allows it to be unlocked with the other DLC items of it's kind? By far as I can see I can get all the other DLC items expect that one. I feel like it shouldn't be on there if it can't be unlocked ,but I can get the others with no issue.

This had some specific requirements to unlock at the time which was a bit different than how the rest of the items worked, though I really wouldn't have any information as to why that's the case.

@EA_Mako Is there any way to get this item unlocked taken that the event is over but the Archives allows it to be unlocked because I tried EA help and they didn't give me anything. Just kind of told me go to the forums, and no offense forums don't solve things like this, so I am kind of feeling like I won't be getting this solved at all. I just want the helmets because the rest of the helmets I just don't like the look of, and the N7 is purely biotic based and I don't use biotics

@EA_Mako Figured that. Like I said I already knew I was probably going to get an answer like that but figured I'd give it a shot, though I think it is dumb to put an item that was part of an online event doesn't work ,but pre-order items do.
