Pathfinder helmet not unlocking in the archives of Mass effect Andromeda for PC.

Hello I have unlocked the helmet through the archives, but nothing is showing up in my inventory. It would be nice to see this issue resolved instead of ignored like I am seeing from the others havin...

I couldn't say @rangervarel, sorry.

This had some specific requirements to unlock at the time which was a bit different than how the rest of the items worked, though I really wouldn't have any information as to why that's the case.

@EA_Mako Is there any way to get this item unlocked taken that the event is over but the Archives allows it to be unlocked because I tried EA help and they didn't give me anything. Just kind of told me go to the forums, and no offense forums don't solve things like this, so I am kind of feeling like I won't be getting this solved at all. I just want the helmets because the rest of the helmets I just don't like the look of, and the N7 is purely biotic based and I don't use biotics

    Not at this time, @rangervarel, sorry. We don't have the ability to grant individual items like this I'm afraid.

    @EA_Mako Figured that. Like I said I already knew I was probably going to get an answer like that but figured I'd give it a shot, though I think it is dumb to put an item that was part of an online event doesn't work ,but pre-order items do.
