Then it is most likely a account issue.
You should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
- The link to EA's Support is here.
- In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
- Log in if you can. (If not click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
- Click "I want to update my EA email"
- Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us"
