That's where I downloaded it from.
Put the installer in the game folder and run it as Administrator. > Test.
If that don't works try to repair the game.
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
If that also don't works, you might want to consider to redeem the Steam CD code in Origin.
Afaik the DLCs are part of the main game download in Origin by now.
