I think there are some misunderstandings here.

What exactly do you mean by "the ending cutscene is in blue purple and green"?


How do you determine that Shepard is dead? What is exactly happening? What exactly did you do after talking to the Catalyst?

    with some grinding in multiplayer I got the cutscene where Shepard "lives"

    @qasw222 It's still odd how it wasn't available to you without it, as I've never had that issue when at 100% on N7HQ.
