To all whom it may concern. If this is the best you can do to rectify a problem, I am extremely disappointed! In 2008, I purchased the Command and Conquer complete edition and only a couple of the programs functioned at all. Now, miraculously six years later, and the problem hasn't been solved. If I have to resort to other's experiences just to "troubleshoot" an obviously common problem, then the support system is broken.
Setting up a game program should not be this difficult. As a matter of fact, the Steam platform is functioning perfectly well; so, why isn't yours? Rest assured I will not purchase another program from this company again.
By the way, you can keep the meesely $20 for this headache!
