Re: Why the long wait on customer service?

Me too.  After how poor I found anything Bioware from DA2 up to ME3, I was hoping that good customer service would try and help restore good will to EA/Bioware.  The fact that it hasn't rates about 0.2 on the Surprise-O-Meter.

Even this "Answers HQ" I find less effective than the Bioware forums were.  The few moderators or "agents" that post on here seem to cherry pick the easy stuff and avoid show-stoppers.  The queue for an "Online advisor" last night was over 45 mins.  EA should respect their customers either by having more agents on duty or make games with less faults in them in the first place!  Also, why is EA support even worse outside the USA?  (e.g. access to online advisors.)  Their attitude seems like "take their money but only Americans get full access to support?".  I'm not waiting in a queue for 45+ mins because their product doesn't do what it's supposed to do, so I used the send an email feature.  I'll give them twice the quoted "24 hours" to respond.  If they don't, it goes back for a refund.  Vote with your wallets!
