Re: Why the long wait on customer service?

The same for me. I have contacted many times the so-called EA Advisor for a problem, but I have received answers very delayed. Moreover, the answer was ineffective, because not inherentr my problem: seems as they not read questions or the Advisor was a novice part time worker. In this forum also the answers are delayed, if are. I think that Shepard would be ashamed to have similar companions on the Normandy...

    Hi everyone,

    Answer HQ is a community platform, the purpose of which is to have gamers share their expertise to help fellow gamers. As such, the staff's purpose is to to convey messages from the official team and curate the place.

    You can always find your EA Help Ticket if you log in to the Customer Portal at help.ea.com.

    Locate the open case underneath the "MY CASES" section. The “My Cases” section can be found on the right-hand side of your screen:

    Open the current case you wish to update and give (more) feedback to the EA Game Advisors.

    If you have no open cases but you wish to view or re-open a previously closed case, please perform the following steps:
     

    1. Log in to the Customer Portal at help.ea.com.
    2. Locate the “Contact Us” section to the right-hand side of your screen.
    3. Select the link to the right of the screen: “DO YOU HAVE AN EXISTING CASE?”
    4. You can now select and view closed cases that you have previously sent to the EA Help Center.
    5. To re-open a case:
      • Select the Case that interests you from "STEP 1".
      • Select how you would like to be contacted from "STEP 2".
        • CALL ME - Leave your number and an EA Advisor will call you. Current wait times are under 5 minutes. (US or Canada only.)
        • LIVE CHAT
        • EMAIL ME - Email an EA Advisor and receive a response within 24 hours.
    Note: Certain contact methods are not available in all areas.

     

    If you want to give us feedback on anything, please open a ticket and choose "Feedback" as category.
