    @skywalkermib

    It is a BEX64 (buffer overflow) 0xc00000005 access Violation, meaning the process puts more data into allocated memory space than it can hold.
    This is an access Violation and Windows shuts the processes down before it can corrupt more data and might do real harm or crash the entire system.

    The problem is that no specific module is identified as the culprit, that is why it gives P4 StackHash_ed2d.

    So it can be a lot of things.

    The StoreAgentSearchUpdatePackagesFailure1 Acquisition;DSIC error happens usually because of a failed Intel driver update over Windows. It probably is not related, but I can't be sure.

    It also seems that you drive a very high System DPI Setting, but the 4K TV you have connected runs @1080p.
    (This should also not be the culprit, but I saw Andromeda having problems with high DPI scenarios.

    The MUSILAND Sound card you drive is very old, and the drivers are certainly not mad for Windows 10.  (I am a bit impressed that it still works tbh.) 😉

    Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

    Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.

    Make also sure that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.
