@Ri-Go_HUN7 I am afraid that the region lock issue is not something we had put on there as region locks are based on the MS store and the location of the player. Each region has its own download version of the game to support that region. Unfortunately, if those DLC packs are not there to purchase, that means Microsoft has removed them from the store. Currently for me even looking at the U.S. store and even the Xboxlive.com site, I only see a couple of them for ME2.

Unless they were previously owned on that Gamertag, you would have to find the DLC packs online through a supported retailer, or a local game shop if they carry them. This is all that is currently available at the moment.
