Receiving no commendation pack in ME3 multyplayer

Last weekend i contected your tech service (live chat) about receiving a commendation pack for completed the operation task, but i haven't got it yet. I got the medal for the task and all my squadmates got the packs except me. Could you solve this proplem as soon as possible? Thanks
