Yeah, same issue here. I have tried every fix other people have suggested, to no avail. So depressing that this issue has been around so long and still is not addressed.

All that being said, I still think you should send the mail: if Bioware staff are made aware that a) the issue is still present, and b) EA Help isn't helping, then maybe we will get some action.
Have you logged a suppport case with EA Help? It's a good idea to list your case number in your e-mail to ME3 Accounts.
