Redeeming Codes

I cant play mass effect online because I dont have a redeem code I bought this game myself but I used the code on an old profile which was losted it would make me very sad if I cant play some thing i paid good money in the pasted before

In this case, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor. You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.
