I have the same issue.
Contacted EA Support through live chat.
They asked me if I had troubleshooted the issue.
After sufficiently describing the steps I had tried, the tech said the issue needed to be forwarded to Senior Support and they would contact me via email.
After one week, and no email, I contacted EA Support again and they said the issues was still open and offered me a 15% discount for the origin store.
Another week has passed and no email and I still get the Onlines pass button when I log in.
I'd like to know if anyone else has this isaue and has gotten it resolved.
I had the same happen to me not even a week ago - just try EA Live Chat again and insist they issue a new Online Pass. I finally got a new one after three tries with different advisors (the first one also forwarded it to their "experts" never to be heard from again)

I figured out that the problem lies in authorisation of my code in EA database. They've lost it once already - when Op. Shieldwall was up and they screwed the pooch big time with lots of people being unable to connect for 2 days when they [Comment Removed - Admin.] their own database granting packs improperly, trying to fix it and messing up. I'm sure I wasn't banned, never did anything bannable and lately I'm only playing during operations - the only thing that could cause this recently was me using their own solution to other problem - with Op. Resurgence not registering properly. Probably that's when my code got unregistered. Well now it does while the whole game does not.
Anyways - I wan't my game back, though I guess I would need to contact US live chat since the local support is slow as hell. 16 minute call, actually not a call since it was machine and crappy music playback, and automated response through e-mail is not quite top notch support I guess.

After three day, several power cycles, 6 attempts to contact - 5 of them successful though 2 dropped during conversation, the online pass that isn't there for PC finally work - only now from the Ashes don't

Got the same problem with online pass on PC since yesterday - I contacted live chat advisor with no success in resolving problem - he "forward this issue to EA specialist team" now waiting for contact from them, maybe on Monday I will call them on phone.
