'redeem/purchase online pass' problem
When I enter my online pass code, I am told that it has already been used - this is a new game and has just been opened, so can you send me a new code please?

Then, if you still need Customer Support/Game Advisor, here's how:
1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
