No one on the forums can do anything about account issues, the Reps here are community reps and have EXTREMELY limited ability to do anything off the forums and community stuff. Account issues are all taken care of on the official help pages with the reps that it sounds like referred you here.....but they are the only ones who can fix anything with your account, remove games or add stuff back. So you will need to go back to the official help site and chat or email with another rep there or the same if you have direct contact ability from your previous dealings and see what can be done.
