What do you thing about the romance options in MEA? What do you thing about the man involved (Liam, Jaal & Reyes)? What do you thing about the dialouge options?
What could Bioware do to make it better?

Well, I think the basic formula for both male and female romances should attend at least one between this list:
It might have other points. One character can be both beautiful and provide a long lasting relationship. Others, might be ugly for just one night. But I think there must have at least 1 or each category to cover most of what people would want, at least partially.

The best romance in the Mass Effect games was Jeff and the female AI (name escapes me). They truly came to love each other and that was awesome. I kind of wish that SAM was an option because he's already a part of my character. It could even be like that movie "Her" and then maybe eventually he gets a body?
All the interactions feel forced in this game. I am constantly scrambling to talk to everyone and try to do all my missions as well and then there's the emails...
Currently I am hoping to start a romance with Jaal (I'm playing a female Ryder) and he's 'annoyed' with me. I honestly don't know why he's annoyed. Is it because I destroyed the Exaltation site? Who knows.
My favorite romance for my main character in all the games was Thane. He was just awesome. I'm hoping that Jaal will be half as good.

That's heresy. EDI is the name.
And decent characters should always offer decent romances. Thane, as well as Liara, Vetra and Jaal, all fall in that group.

I always save the angara but im curious if not saving them actually blocks a romance with Jaal or if you can still have one.
Yeah I am also curious about it. I always saved the Angara and killed the Cardinal...this seems the only right choice for me.
Well the romances mainly depend on the loyalty missions and if/how much you have flirted with this specific person...as far as I know...but who knows.

I did the opposite. ^_^ The Moshae is the only tangible being in front of me. It felt bad letting her die, although Jaal was a bit unhappy later. Well, I was playing with Scott, so there was no worries around flirting either. Later, I killed Akksul. All in all, Jaal almost didn't talk to me the whole game. HOHOHO

She does not die!
I save her and she wants the facility destroyed, but Jaal wants to save the Angara.
When you save the Angara you have the option wether you let the Cardinal live or kill her, but you always save the Moshae!
