Bioware ended support for Andromeda several years ago. So there wont be any future fixes or patches.
But this sounds like a text book example of problems with game files.
Do you have the game on Steam or on Origin? If Steam, did you also tried to repair the game with Origin?
Do you use any mods?
Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
Hi, I figured, re: support being ended, but I'm sure it will be useful information for the next game 😉 (hint hint devs of future ME game)
As I said, It's on Origin and I already verified the files.
I don't use mods.
I attached the dxdiag file
I also finally was able to grab a screenshot with the AMD shortcut. :P https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqSyu9NNp2DFupoigfb9vNxuxDfzQA?e=NXuZh4

A 100% validate the game would be with uninstall, physically remove of game folder and whatever is left inside and install the game from scratch.
If you intend to do that, make sure you copy your saves in a secure location before starting the uninstall.

Good suggestion. Thanks for the eyes on this. I just finished the game anyway. Thoroughly enjoyable and plenty of feels during my last few hours with it. Even with the sibling texture corruption.
Really hoping on some sequels. This game got too much hate at the time. Even kept me from playing it till it was $20 on Origin. (Was busy with other games too but I would have played it earlier.)
Guess I'll just hold on to them saves in the hopes for a direct sequel. Fingers crossed!- sweetpoison00114 years agoSeasoned Ace@Gan_Xodos In my books this game is the mostly underestimated one.

There is a "RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64" warning about "MassEffectAndromeda.exe", that means that Windows is detecting a possible memory leak on regards to the exe.
Other than this, the "PLTGC.sys" driver of your Plantronics GameCom 780 Gaming-Headset's microphone is not digitally singed, don't have to mean anything, but by now that is not something that should happening regarding a major device in the chain.
As @sweetpoison0011 mention as well, I saw several occasion where security software or permission issues did hinder the repair option.
You might want to make sure to deactivate the virus scanner or other security software and run Origin or Steam as an Administrator and repair the game again.
Because you said "I tried validating game files" I asume that you used Steam, using Origin to repair the files might be worth a shot too.
- sweetpoison00114 years agoSeasoned Ace@holger1405 The reason for recommended clean install (after uninstall and removing all files and folders) is based on previous experience where a game file failed to proper download/update yet the extension was intact and the game was reading the broken file as custom mod and overwrite the original file. Game repair (file check) was reporting all good because it was ok yet one extra file containing problems was still loaded as mod file.
I am talking here about a different game but sine I come up with the fresh install policy I didn't encounter any more "funny things" after game repair (integrity check)
Long story short, instead of game repair I always remove the game and install it from scratch.- holger14054 years agoHero+
NP, but I never had a problem with the repair options, neither in Steam nor in Origin, and it is the "less headache" option. 😉
Honestly, if it is still not working after making sure that nothing it blocking it, I would rather asume a hardware problem or that a configuration or save file got corrupted/wrongly edited.
