Save games Mass Effect 2 lost

Yesterday i played for hours, mass effect 2.
I was so satisfied with my progress ! 

and this morning comes that stupid pop up asking me 

if i want to sync with cloud or use my local settings. 

I selected cloud and all my save games are gone!

i have to start from scratch WTF !!!!

can i get my old save games of yesterday back ????
