Screenshots cannot be taken and results in "invalid image"

Hi everyone. I bought the trilogy version because my 2008 copy doesn't work on a Win8 system anymore. All the screenshots I've taken for ME1 turned out to be ~5mb file each with a black backgroun...

    Try opening the images with another graphics program, NOT with "Paint" or "Picture Viewer" that are included with Windows.

    I use Irfan View, but there are others.  It seems to understand how to ignore the metadata (game time, game location, etc.) that BioWare encodes with each image.  NOTE:  If you re-save the file, (not just "Close" it) that data is lost, but now "Paint" can open the image file just fine.  (Go figure...)
