Server unavailable - any suggestions?
So I went ahead and spent over 40 euros on Mass Effect 3 N7 Deluxe Edition and associated DLC and, what do you know, I can't start the game. Frankly, this is unacceptable.
I get a 'Mass Effect 3 server is unavailable' error when starting up the game and obviously the DLC check fails. Not once have I managed to connect.
This on a fresh Windows 8 installation with everything working perfectly fine for every other game/app that requires internet access (including Mass Effect 2, which connects just fine).
Any suggestions?
Have you set Origin as an exception in your firewall ?
Did you try to run Origin and Mass Effect 3 as an administrator ?(Don't forget to check if there're some updates for the game or Origin)
