Shadows are too dark in Mass effect 2 PC

I brought the Mass effect trilogy on origin and booted up ME 2. As soon as I got to the squad menu screen, Half of each squad members face is covered in shadow. Then I get to Omega and suddenly, the graphics became all saturated and the dark areas just covered my characters in shadows to the point their faces and clothes look black.

I playeed these games on the Xbox 360 and never had a problem with this. Does anyone know how to fix this? Can this apply to Mass effect 3 as well? Thanks.
