Shepard finger placement during Observer call ME2
I am getting a visual bug where Shepard's fingers are not touching his/her ear during the call to inform Liara of the identity of the Observer. Playing on Xbox One.

Update to original post: This seems to be happening in all interactions in both ME2 and ME3. In ME3, have noticed same finger placements for Shepard and various NPC's. Also, some animations are not lining up correctly. The interrupt hug with Kelly Chambers had about a foot of space between them, no interaction between characters at all. I will add more photos of this as I come upon them in my playthrough.
