Silversun strip crash

Hello, I have a big issue where loading Silversun Strip makes my game freeze. And same when I want to go back to the other areas of the Citadel from Silversun.

Happens 50% of the time and it's really annoying as I have to entirely quit the game and reload it.

I don't know if it happens to other players as well, but thought i'd make a topic about that issue since I couldn't find one yet.

I play on XboxOne.

I have found as long as you do a proper save before entering and exiting silversun strip that it stops it doing it.

Similar thing for me too. Sometimes the game won't finish loading the silversun strip when I travel to it from the citadel. It takes me there but still says loading and you can see the silversun strip area but the textures for all the models aren't loading in and you're unable to move at all while it says loading at the bottom right of the screen. It's happened twice and the only thing you can do is close the game to fix it, so I have to save every time before traveling there just in case. But quitting the game & traveling back seems to fix it for me. It's a 50/50 chance of this bug happening.
Im on the xbox one x and my game is downloaded to my internal storage too.
