    I had this problem too but then realized the issue. Simpy put: you can only have so many Remnant keys in your inventory. I'm not sure why as I haven't encountered this with any other item. But you probably won't need to use all the one's in your inventory (unless you just dont like doing Remnant puzzles) but even then you can buy more.

    You either find them in chests, or some of the markets will have them for sale, but that may require getting one of the AVP cryopod perks.
