When I try to log in to Origin it comes up with and unknown error has occurred message

See if this will help
Step One: Run Command Prompt in Adminstrator mode.
Step Two: type "netsh int ip reset C:\resetlog.txt" without the quotes.
Step Three: Restart Computer.
