Still stuck on the a black screen upon opening the game on ps4

So ill get stright to the point. Im enountering a black screen upon launching the game. So i start the game,it shows the logo of mass effect with ryder on it in his suit then it loads the next screen...

@gameboy352 have you played before or is this the first time?

I assume you have tried to reinstall the game?

Hey @redheadboii Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

Power cycle the PlayStation console

Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

@EA_Atic I have tried turning my system off already and then unplugging the system. It wasnt for 20mins but it was for at least a minute. I also have tried restarting in safe mode as well. Not after that first part but i have non the less.

    I've had the same issue all of a sudden. This is not my first time playing, as I've already logged 40 hours into ME1, but just today I got the insurmountable black screen of death. I've power cycled multiple times, gone into safe mode, reinstalled the data disc, even rebuilt the database and it keeps coming up.
