Strike team achievements

I am having exactly the same issue wiht the 3 strike team achievements. One team has reached 20 (although they reached 20 while it was on the phone so I am not holding my breath for it) however after recruiting my 6th team (infact it is my 7th since I had dropped a team at the very begining) corresponding achievement did not pop, and i must have been on my 60th mission by now neither the corresponding achievement popping up.

I am on pc and I am on my NG+ so I am wondering if this is also a factor that the achievement progression not carrying over, just the teams ?

I too think it has to do with the app. I have deleted 4 level 20 teams and releveled them, dropping down to 4 teams at one point and now back to 6 again. I have probably spent close to 1000 points on 6th squads including their equipment. I stopped using the app for leveling the last 2, which didn't work. Logging out with 5 teams, then logging back in to buy the 6th didn't work.

Please find a way to re-evaluate people's accounts for this, this shouldn't be hard since the teams are stored online on company servers. 

I always use the APEX HQ app W/ my LG G4 android, but I still received the achievement.  Though I only have one team and leveled it to 20, not sure if that matters.  Just after I got the top lvl achievement I recruited my 2nd team.

Ah yes sorry, I forgot to mention. I'm playing it on PC-Origin.

It's not just a console issue. I can't get it on pc, it has to be linked to the app, which I only used like once and haven't used since then. Leveled at least 5 teams to 20 in game, no achievement.

I did manage to get the one for having 5 teams though. 

For now, you guys shouldn't use the phone HQ Apex app at all, if you want to get the achievement. You can just hire a new team and level that team to 20 in the game only, you'll get the achievement. It worked for me. I believe the devs are aware of this issue (from what I saw on twitter).

Edit:  Try logging into multiplayer and select strike teams from there, instead of single player. That's when the achievement popped for me.

How about having 6 strike teams ? Same deal ? What about the 25 missions ?

Veteran and Teamwork are the last 2 achievements that have not unlocked for me. I currently have 5 level 20 teams and a team that is 15+. I have deleted and repurchased my sixth team 5 times after leveling them to 20. I have leveled them via the APEX app and also by using exclusively the in-game multiplayer interface but the achievements will not unlock. I'm a completionist and have spent 631 hours in this game playing all the the classes and different scenarios, I have sent help requests and bug reports via email with no responses. I play on the PC, but I don't think that matters. I tried submitting a post but the system wont let me. Here is my blurb for bug replication:

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account, I couldn't have gotten to 6 teams without completing the required number of missions and purchasing the sixth team (for 200 points, 5 times). I do not know where the error happened since you don't know it is not working until after crossing the finish line and not being rewarded. I would guess that there is an error with the app, which I was using heavily shortly after launch. If you created a test bed with the app and completed some of these achievements on a dummy account you may have the same issues. Or maybe it is a problem with a loss of connection when you reach those goals and there not being an error check when the connection is reestablished.
