Stuck on Loading When Going to Silversun Strip

So this has happened twice to me already, but everytime I use the vehicle at Docking Bay where the Normandy is to go to the Strip I am met with a permanent loading screen with shepard standing there and missing textures. I cannot move or do anything. The only way to get out of this is to completely exit the game.

I've tried to attach an image but it will not allow me to because of file size.
