Stutter during some cutscenes

I'm seeing some stuttering/framerate drops during some cutscenes. The worst one so far is at the beginning of ME1 when first approaching the Citadel, flying past the Ascension. Playing on Xbox Serie...

Hey @gogborn Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

 

How to power cycle: 

  1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  4. Plug the console power cable back in.
  5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Hi, many thanks for your response. 

    I already tried the full power cycle, but that did not resolve the issue.

    It appears to be software related, as I can see in other clips on YouTube that it affects the PS5 version also. Could be that it requires some optimisation.

      I have been seeing this on PC, which my pc is more than capable. Only just happened after the patch.
