Stutter during some cutscenes

Hi, many thanks for your response.
I already tried the full power cycle, but that did not resolve the issue.
It appears to be software related, as I can see in other clips on YouTube that it affects the PS5 version also. Could be that it requires some optimisation.
I have been seeing this on PC, which my pc is more than capable. Only just happened after the patch.
