Stutter during some cutscenes

I'm using Quality mode, however I tried switching to Performance mode and the same thing happens.
I think it must be an optimisation issue.
@gogborn I'm running it on a PS4 Pro. I've only seen fews instances where there was some slight stuttering. It was very subtle. Went ahead and rebuilt my database. So I'm hoping that may have resolved the issue. I will continue to monitor this as I play.
