Subtitles Size

I Started playing the 360 version of ME3, but the subtitles are really small, and the options to respond to conversations are also very small i sometimes i can't read them, is there some way to make the font size bigger?

I don't know if it helps, but you might try setting the Xbox to output 480p video instead of 720p/1080p, this way the subtitles should appear bigger in comparison, just like on PC. But the overall picture quality will suffer.

You need to change your screen resolution. That's the only way I've found.

You can't do that on Xbox 360, as far as I know.

On Xbox 360 the game's resolution is 720p and the GUI was designed with that resolution in mind. If you have trouble reading the subtitles, then that is not intended by the developers. On PC it's actually a lot worse because the user interface doesn't scale to resolution. If you think it's bad at 720p, try playing the game in 1080p, like myself. It's tiny.

I briefly discussed this issue with BioWare's Chris Priestly a couple of months ago, but he said this was not a priority for patches. With the last DLC coming out tomorrow, I think development of Mass Effect 3 is pretty much done, so I highly doubt this issue will be fixed.

Yes, unfortunately its the same case as Dead Rising on X360 back in the day. 1ago's suggestion of switching to the output 480p is the only solution, at the cost of overall graphic quality.
