SUGGESTION: BOTS in Multiplayer

This idea makes absolutely no sense.

The whole point of multiplayer is to have multi-players.

It makes perfect sense.... there are a ton of other games out there that actually offer Bots as teammates to fill empty slots. 

For me, it is this: I want to enjoy the horde mode, but I want to do it alone and ideally I would like to decide what colors my team wears.

I am not good at multiplayer games - simply not my cup of tea - but I would like a good strike team challenge as part of my single player experience.   

In addition to that: Including bots as optional teammates could be beneficial for matchmaking too. Next time you wait forever for the last slot of the four to fill - which happened to me a lot - the host can simply decide to fill it with a bot and get going. 

yes, i would pay for a dlc that supports to fight side by side with my strike team. and give them gear and stuff. to make the regulare Strike team missions with my bot team. therefore i would say they reduce the rewards to 25% from 100%. so if you play and affect the success instead of sending them for a percentage success you own a more lesser reward. this would be great for more solo Players who wants to enjoy more strike team missions. also the Regular strike team missions sounding in my opinion more variating than the playable once!

i hope they give more attention to this feature!!

I would personally love this.

Pretty much any time I join a match that is already in progress the lag makes it unplayable.  I've tried starting matches myself as the host but it can take ages for people to join.

It wouldn't be so bad if the mission difficulty scaled to the amount of players present and they were actually possible to do solo.

This is a pretty cool idea and great for someone like me who has very poor internet speed in the first place!

terrible idea. people would just complain incessantly about the AI. if your connection speed sucks online gaming is simply not for you.

I have a very good internet connection (I am living in the city center) and an awesome Ping...... Matchmaking still takes forever

When they spoke about being able to do the apex missions by yourself as an alternative to playing multiplayer and that they would have lower rewards as an exchange for not playing with other players, I figured that's what they would've done instead of automating it the way that they did. It's a shame, they could've gave the apex teams you hire more personality and purpose. Wish they would've wove it into the narrative better, where you actually have to hire apex teams in game, find specific members, depending on what you want for each team, gear them and train them and can even do the missions yourself with them. 

theres more to a good connection than a good ping.. you can have a ping of 11 but 10 people in your house using skype or netflix at once will still ravage the connection and make it useless for gaming. if matchmaking is taking "forever" (i have 100 up and 100 down and it never takes more than a couple min.. it sometimes has even said "no matches found" after about 1 min.) you should probably be looking at the support section of the forum. the biggest problems i find are people wanting to nut ride level 1 characters on gold or people wanting to play asari adept because apparently word got out that its an easy mode class (probably due to people crying about biotics being underpowered).

I would be happy if the reward was slightly less if playing with bots - but i would play a tonne more mp if there were bots. As it stands i have only 1 other friend who currently has this and he lives literally on the other side of the planet from me so its a tad hard to always meet up unless one of us stays up till 5am or something... Bots would rock...
