@turbocrxsi822 Which card did you swap to exactly? MSI make Nvidia and AMD cards, but I guess you've moved to an AMD card.
In any case, it sounds like repairing PhysX should help.
Click "Start" --> "Control panel" --> Uninstall a program" locate PhysX in the list, --> "Right click PhysX" --> "Choose Repair"

yes i went to amd cards dual radion r9 380s with windows 10. im also running new clean hard drives. so there is no physx program on this computer
Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\__Installer\physx\redist" folder and run the "PhysX-9.11.1107-SystemSoftware.msi" >
restart > test.
