Tactical Cloak Problems
I'm playing as a lv 20 Drell Assasin Inflitrator with tactical cloak, and been having a few problems. First, I apply the cloak, and a split second later after doing nothing but move my cloak is taken down and cool down started. Second, enemies seem to be able to see through the cloak. Now I expect the enemies aren't stupid, but the number of enemies who know exactly where I am with the cloak, even if I applied it before they see me, is too high. I'd estimate 75% of enemies see me with the cloak on. If this is the case, why have it as a power?
