Tali gets stuck, won't move
I have noticed it the most with this character. It was continual on Feros. Tali would not budge, and she only kept up through being forced by cut scenes.
Hopefully this can be fixed in an update.

It won't be fixed if the devs don't know what's causing it.
Did you notice when it started happening?
Did you try loading a prior save?
Sorry for suggestion but help us out (yeah, my Tali also get stuck), see if getting another armor on her will fix the problem - I sold mine and have nothing for spare so I can't test it anymore.
I'm saying this because I had no problem with Garus until I gave him a better armor and not he gets stuck from time to time.
I suspect to be a issue related to the armor.
