Task: Herbal Entrepreneurs doesn't let me take a plant sample

Still having this issue even after the latest update on Xbox One, New Game +.

The refugee "doctor" with the sick patient keeps telling me to let him know if I find any medicine. No other interaction available other than that. I've completed Herbal Entrepreneurs and scanned the plant. There was no option to take a sample so I'm assuming the scan was "taking" it?

Wondering when this will be fixed.
