The DLCs are not downloading

My Mass Effect 3 DLC isn't downloading, after I download the game it just stalls out. I can't even cancell the download which puzzles me.

I have unistalled the game, uninstalled Origin and I still have the problem. Assistance would be very much appreciated

You have sufficient space on the hard drive?

Please clear your temp files:

• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
• Into the new window, type or copy & paste:  "%temp%"   (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
• Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
  (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

Then clear your Origin cache:
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)

• Close Origin completely.
  (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
• Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder.
  (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
• Delete the "Mass Effect 3" folder inside the  "LocalContent" folder.
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%AppData%" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
• Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder.
• Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the "Roaming" folder.
• In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on "AppData".
• Open the "Local" folder.
• Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the  "Local" folder.
• Restart your PC. > test

Just grabbed Mass Effect 2 and the DLC bundle. But having some issues installing the DLCs. It downloads fine, then finalizes, and then this happens.

It just stays at zero percent for every DLC within the bundle. I have so far...

- Restarted my PC

- Restarted Origin

- Uninstalled/Reinstalled Origin/ME2

- Ran Origin as administrator

- Cleared my cache

What I have yet to do is try and see if its my virus protection stuff, but that won't even open for me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Let me just begin: I had the same issue just a moment ago and tried the steps suggested in this thread to the letter.

The only difference for this, my friend. After you have done all of these things (Clearing temp, clearing Cache, restart, ect) some of the DLC would begin to download immediately (Zip up to 100%, complete). Then some of the larger ones such as Lair of the Shadowbroker would freeze like it normally does in your image. Let it do that, then go down and click 'Download' on the next one you need downloaded. If it is something simple like a weapon pack it should clear download easily. if it is a mission pack it will do the same thing. Repeat as many times as you need to get through all DLC. Sign out of Origin, log back in, and the DLC should install immediately after.

I do hope this helps you. I just got it working for me.

I followed the instructions, i can download 2 DLC's out of all of them, but some will show downloading then reset to 0 and nothing. So, some are working and others are not, I feel like I am 25% there, for part 2, hoping this fixed the issue with 3. I feel like buying a hardcopy but my computer doesn't have a disk drive.

Before we carry on with standard troubleshooting please contact  EA directly.

• Choose "Contact us" (Top Bar) and then Choose "Origin" from the list. (Or search for it.)
• Choose PC > Choose "Manage my Account" > "Can't log in" > Select contact Option.
• You should get a chat option now. (Please note the business hours.)

Let them have a look at your account so that we can rule out a problem there.

I have been having trouble downloading the dlcs for my mass effect 2,

i can't seem to force install or do anything to get it started

(I've been trying since February and don't know what else to do) never had this issue until that month...

i have all the dlcs for it but it seems to be stuck

i tried uninstalling & reinstalling origin  several times... doesn't seem to be doing anything

I don't know what else to do... i don't know if this issue is happening with other people

Any help would be appreciated
