Not at all. Some people may be pacifists in general but let someone do something unbelievably horrible to them, their people, and or their loved ones and you'll find they are not likely to maintain a pacifist approach in that situation.
That place stood for something absolutely unthinkably horrible and she was willing to die if it meant that place died as well. Made/makes sense.
And then interactions with her after that, made sense as well. Sure I didn't like how she wasn't going to be okay with me not blowing the base up no matter what I said, but it definitely made sense to me.
I do think there are aspects in this game regarding situations and or characters that felt/seemed forced but this was not one of them for me personally.
